Well, Mother's Day and her birthday are only a day apart, so I decided to use up some more lobster.

Connecticut Style Lobster Roles!  (This is warm and buttery style, while the NE Lobster roll is usually served cold and tossed in a mayo baste.

I really should have pulled more lobster out to make a few more.  I can't get enough of these things.

You can't catch them from your computer chair.
