I smoked the last loin of Bluefin from a few weeks ago and put in a batch of King Salmon....

This sh!t is soooooo GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



Maple syrup basted smoked King Salmon.



It tastes better than the picture even looks.  LOL
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
