As I was thinking about a gathering, I realized we have a bunch of high-level foodies and cooks on here.  What about a cook-off while we fish?  Between Tim, Jeremy, and myself.... there would be some great grub out there!  Steve can help supply the proteins since I'm not sure if he knows how to cook without a microwave, but he definitely knows good food! hahahaha
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

I'd be the judge but I know one person who would declare victory saying his fish was so good I didn't even need to taste it.

That actually made me laugh out loud  ;D

My cooking abilities pale in comparison to you guys, would you like your fish fried or dried?

I just got a hold of some BFT (sorry Steve) that either I or Alicia could whip something up in advance to bring along as a kind of fresh appetizer or hors d'oeuvre (ceviche or poke, maybe some tuna jerky). I was also thinking about bringing a 6 pack of near beers (sorry Steve) that you may or may not have tried.

Wow. A whole different kind of fish off.

Don't worry, I've know a burrito joint and a liquor store near every fishing spot. I'll be just fine. 🙂
