Stuffed Peppers

The garden is still kicking out some great produce, but I can barely keep up.  I grabbed some peppers and decided to stuff some to go along with fresh green beans.



Onion and garlic from the garden made the house smell great!



I made a few jars of tomato sauce from my beefsteaks, so it was almost all from my garden except the meat and cheese.



Voila!



A definite family favorite.
You can't catch them from your computer chair.

I'll second jrodda. Looks very tasty.
Do you blanch the peppers before stuffing them?
I usually do just to make sure they cook all the way. Not sure if it takes some of the flavor away though...

I bake them 30 minutes before stuffing them.
You can't catch them from your computer chair.
