Yeah, so I had to pick up the wife at the airport after work. 4 hours after work to be exact. Not driving home then back so I had some time to kill.

Brought a rod and fished a couple spots.

Got bit at the first area but lost it in the rocks. Got tired of the wind in my face so I split. Figured a little more tide would help.

Was getting hungry so I grabbed some to go ramen. Wasn't bad but didn't hold a candle to my go to spot.

Anyway, I made a quick trip to a spot I haven't even thought about in years and practiced throwing at ducks. They're lucky if you hit them.

Never hit a duck but I did get bit. Nice spotted bass. Wrapped me in the shoreline weeds but I waited it out and landed him for the win.

That was it. Hit another spot for nada and went to get the wife.

The heart stuff is not an easy thing to deal with as well, hope you get positive results with both issues !!

Some truth to that, but Ive also got a couple compression fractured vertebrae and a bulging disc giving me back pain. Getting set up for a second round of injections to see if that will help. Also going in for an ablation on my heart to try and deal with my 100% burden of Afib. Might be done with the big stuff. We'll see.
