Still had a bunch of squash and running out of ideas for recipes. Being it was chilly out for this time of your, I decided to try making some Squash soup.
Basically, used carrots, onions and squash from my garden. Potatoes were from the store even though I do have some growing.

A quick blend... and pleasantly surprised how good it tasted!

Made some grilled Ham and Cheese to go with it and even my daughter was all over it. She might be the pickiest eater I've ever known, but she loved it. Definitely going into my cooking rotation.

I like the change in weather, however slight. That sounds good!
