Fished from 8ish till 11, conditions looked great...just horrible salad, lost 3 rigs in the skinny due to mounds of salad...just black water...moved 50 yards up the beach, clear water, got a 10 min soak...Then the water turned black. I at least got to try out my new shimano torium 30....such a bad ass reel, really happy with it...Hopefully next session I get a drag peeler
Friggand Kelp Monsters suck. At least you could get a 10 minute soak in a grass field, but a kelp forest is a whole different animal!
Glad the Torium is casting well. I can't wait to see what you capture on that thing!
