Well, it's always a good time for Ribs so after seasoning them up, into the 14'' Dutch Oven they went

About an hour into the cook, I checked on them, they were ready for BBQ Sauce

Put the lid back on for about a 1/2 hour, coals were almost spent and they glazed up nicely.

I bought a Dutch oven after seeing all of your terrific food posts, but still have yet to use it. I may have to finally give it a try this weekend!

What size did you get, I assume a 12'' and hopefully it's pre seasoned ?
I bought it like 4 years ago and have yet to use it. I'm pretty sure it's a 12" and definitely pre-seasoned.
