Had a desire to cook my halibut a little differently tonight.
I took some prime fillets and encrusted them with spice...

I then wrapped them in bacon and heated up the cast iron skillet.

Sizzled them for about 7 minutes a side and then threw them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Looks pretty good, but I think that was a waste of good bacon.
