I needed to get rid of about 3-4lbs of mahi meat that was going bad. Soaked the fillets in milk overnight because I heard that keeps the fishiness at bay. Tried this recipe online. This was my first time deep frying and I was stoked on the result. I added an extra 1/4 cup of flour and didn't use the dill weed but it was probably the best beer battered fish I've ever had. Probably helps that I was hungry and sun fatigued too. 4lbs of fish was a little too much for my lady and I but I'll reheat it for lunch and see how it turns out.
