Had to figure out a quick healthy dinner, so a Wahoo sandwich on toasted brioche with lettuce, tomato, smoked provolone and chipotle aioli did the trick. Complete on a paper plate for the ease of clean up.

Looks awesome Tom, I have to learn to expand my culinary skills. We eat fish 3 or 4 days a week, and I only cook it about three different ways :(
