We started by wanting an apartment with garage, in unit laundry, bath tub, thick walls, and big enough room for an Alaskan king (2 full beds put together), all for under the average market cost, ha. Settled for no garage or in unit laundry but 5 minutes straight shot to the Huntington launch ramp, which I was also quietly holding my breath for. I think 2 tackle stores within 5 minutes as well.
