: Broken Housing / Baitwell

It was a long battle to get this thing off without destroying something else on the boat, but finally got the old busted up bait pump housing off the through hull.  Reattached new fitting as well as the housing and gave it a test run yesterday...  No leaks!  I'm so stoked right now.  hahahaha

(I had to remove some molding and realized it was a cup that has been filled with salt water for the last 3 years....   Hopefully I can prevent this from happening again now that I know how the "Hard to get" spot has properly been photographed and examined.

Having been a mechanic my whole life I used to say, "if engineers had to repair the sh!t, they'd put more thought into their design"   >:(
