Jared went out on his 2nd cattle boat ride ever (solid fisherman) on a 3/4 day out of Dana I believe. He was getting stoked on the idea of yellowtail and dorado and I was telling him he had to upgrade from his bass octopus hooks to at least Mustad live bait hooks. Texted me this morning as they were leaving the harbor "We're going for f^^king bass." I felt that bummer cuz I know he wants a YT real bad right now.
Well. Using the Torium 14/8' Teramar I sold him a few months ago (!!!) he landed his first thresher.
