After buying the Tritoon boat back in July and realizing it wouldn't fit in my shop, I pulled the trigger on another metal structure just like the one we use to house the 5th wheel. I about sh*t when the guy told me how much the prices went up from 10 years ago :o :o Oh well, can't let the sun eat up a new boat, so I ordered another 20x40 building and they installed it back in August of this year, I am bored recovering from my hip surgery and so I thought I would share the process of the project ;)
First I had to move and get rid of a play set that the kids outgrew and do some grading with my skip loader.

I had them bolt it to the existing shelter and tie the roof in to make one solid 40x40 area :) Joining the roof together created a valley for the water to drain away as well

I spent the extra $ and sheeted the South West side to protect everything from the afternoon sun and strengthen the whole structure 8)

After anchoring down every other post with concrete, the install was complete and it was time to park the boat in her new house. Of course Mongo had to approve the move ;D ;D

I still have room to park my Skip loader in there too 8) 8) I think it was a good investment and I plan on covering the ends with some custom made shade cloth for the early morning and late afternoon sun ;) ;) Thanks for looking 8)

I love how your toy's houses are almost nicer than my own house! Hahaha, pretty awesome stuff Tim. That will save those toys a ton from that VC sun. Very smart investment.
Nice addition. Gotta protect the fleet!
And I thought I had a compound. Good stuff Tim.
Very nice indeed, I'm jealous ;)
