Hey dudes,
Last night the LA SNBF Team assembled somewhere along our northern boundary to test the waters. I was kindly invited, and had even agreed to partake, but something was weighing heavy on my mind. Our usual bay spot was a major flop last year and we're looking down the barrel of a repeat. I checked out a spot last week at low tide and, despite the weak tidal showing on the forecast, decided I needed to put that intel to use. I needed to know...
The spot is dead. Only three ghostly runs by bait thieves too small to even successfully steal the bait. At least now I've got my answer.
Best regards,
Dave
Nice to be away from the crowd sometimes. Especially if it goes off and gives you a spot to keep under your hat.
I know all about having a rough go of it for the bats. We got some time still to get into them. Time on the sand....
A lot can happen in 3 weeks...
Yeah Dave they'll show. Two years ago was crazy :o :o :o
Great job getting out there and scouting spots.
