If you want them as bait, they're stupid easy to catch right now at OB.  Fish the dirty water mid pier.  I started off in the cleaner green water, got nothing, moved over to the dirty green/brown water closer to shore and caught one every drop.  Maybe I'll catch my lifer smoothhound on one of these.  ::)
