After months of being schooled by Binh and Mike on how to catch a Soupfin, I finally landed one. I decided to head out on a solo session. I caught a half dozen medium size bat rays, before I landed this little, but nice Soup, The sun was about to set and I was down to my last mac head, I tossed it out, and 10 minutes later, I landed my first Soupfin. I now have a 7 gill and Soupfin on my personal fishing board. Oh and last but not least, a really big shout out to Vern, for putting me on really cool fishing spot, thanks buddy!

Sweet soup Andre! Those solo ones are pretty dang satisfying.
Congrats. Looks like a nice one. Solo landings are challenging.
