:-[
We covered a lot of water in The OC on Saturday from sun up to the very end.
Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zilch.
Bat Skunkoola!
Weirdest weather I've ever seen for a Bat Fight. Fog. We'd get little breaks of sunshine, or moonshine, but then the fog would roll in and you couldn't see anything. Not that there was anything to see, unless you want to count the bait stealers, and there weren't many, or the never ending mats of salad we pulled from the bay on every cast.
Oh well, that's fishing. And on the positive side, we partied our butts off and Team SD went down in flames. No 7 Peat ;D
Congrats Verne and Team LA ;D
Well not for lack of trying that's for sure!
There's always next year Chip, that's what I'm telling myself ;)
Even though the fish didn't corporate, It's good to hear you guys had a good time.
No 7peat?!! Lol!! You guys can't even get a back to back. Ha! Better to lose to LA than the OC.
No, OC went down in flames. LA got one. SD got multiple. VC got some big sharks. Monterey got bats and OC got?... Looks like only one team went down in flames. lol, Seriously though. Glad you guys put in a whole day looking for them.
;D
Hey, we got a big smelt. And a...a...keychain leo.
And given what we got Friday night on the drones, I'm just afraid that they've scared all the bats and other sharks away ;D
It ain't for lack of trying Chip, nutt'n but respect for your efforts.................................Verne
